show needed-updates

Displays whether any programmable devices are in need of an update.

Without thenext-bootparameter, this command displays needed updates relative to the currently runningAOS-CXimage.

With thenext-bootparameter, this command displays needed updates relative to anAOS-CXimage file in the persistent storage of the switch, which might be different from the currently running image. If either theprimaryorsecondaryparameter is specified, this command queries that specificAOS-CX图像文件。否则,它查询defaultAOS-CXimage file as set by the most recentboot systemorboot set-defaultcommand.

When run on the active management module, this command also retrieves information from most other CPUs in the system, but it must be run separately in standby context to display information about the standby management module.

When run on the standby management module, this command only displays information on devices specific to the standby management module and not other modules in the system.
