Not supported on the 8400 Switch Series.

Enables ND suppression for EVPN-VXLAN globally. If the target address is present in the NDMD cache, the switch responds to the IPv6 multicast or unicast neighbor solicitation. ND suppression is disabled by default. This feature is not supported on 8400 platform.
