The Emergency Connectivity Fund Program is a $7.17 billion program to help schools and libraries support remote learning. The program provides funding to schools and libraries for the reasonable costs of eligible equipment and services, including Aruba remote access points, which can be provided to students, teachers, and library patrons who lack connected devices such as laptops or tablet computers and/or lack broadband access.

Over $5 trillion of stimulus funding has been made available since March 6, 2020. These stimulus packages have contained funding for K-12 education across multiple “buckets” spanning different programs, beyond ESSER.
