Static VXLAN with a single VNI between two VTEPs

This example creates a static VXLAN tunnel between two switches, enabling traffic from two networks to traverse an underlay IP network.

Procedure
  1. On switch 1:
    1. Enable loopback interface1and assign the IP address10.10.10.1/24to it.

    2. Enable interface1/1/1and assign the IP address100.1.1.1/24to it.
      switch(config)#interface 1/1/1switch(config-if)#routing(6300/6400 only)switch(config-if)#ip address 100.1.1.1/24switch(config-if)#no shutdownswitch(config-if)#exitswitch(config)#
    3. Create VLAN10.
      switch(config)#vlan 10switch(config-vlan-10)#exit
    4. Enable interface1/1/2and assign VLAN10to it.
      switch(config)#interface 1/1/2switch(config-if)#no shutdownswitch(config-if)#no routing(8325/8360/8400 only)switch(config-if)#vlan access 10switch(config-if)#exit
    5. Create VXLAN interface 1 and assign the loopback source IP address10.10.10.1to it.

    6. Create VNI10和屁股ign the VTEP peer address20.20.20.1and VLAN10to it.

    3. Create VLAN10.

    5. Create VXLAN interface 1 and assign the source IP address20.20.20.1to it.
